PERSPECTIVE PLAN 2015-25
- To encourage students and faculty at all levels.
- To Support SC/ST/BC students.
- To improve the system by taking quality initiatives.
- To introduce mentoring for students (mentor and mentee system)
- To strengthen the mentoring of students and intimate wards performance to parents.
- To organize NAAC awareness-related workshops/training programs.
- To make the faculty prepare for implementing quality initiatives.
- To involve take holders i.e., students, faculty, parents, alumni, and industry feedback in the development of the academic discipline, admissions, results, and placements.
- To involve stakeholders i.e., students’ parents, alumni, and industry feedback in assessments of graduate attributes.
- To help the students in the all-round development of employability skills, technical skills, soft skills etc.
- To have a Memorandum of \understanding (MoU)with top training provides of life skills.
- To establish dedicated room for Skill \hub with extraordinary facilities
- To introduce train the trainer’s concept by Companies.
- To upgrade the existing laboratory facilities as per the latest technology and equipment
- To construct faculty room separately for male and female faculty with good facilities.
- To equip 50% of the class rooms and laboratories with LCD projectors
- To encourage faculty in attending Conferences, Seminars, Workshops, Faculty Development program (FDPs) and Trainings by providing expenditure and on Duty leaves
- To encourage faculty to undergo certification programs.
- To establish separate Career Guidance cell
- To encourage students to go for internships at renowned companies
- To ensure 100% students’ placement of eligible students.
- To strengthen Entrepreneurship Development Cell .
- To offer coaching for different competitive exams on campus
- At entry level b) SC/ST/OBC, throughout 3 Years of study
- To development of students test in (i) physics, (ii) Chemistry, (iii) Mathematics and (iv) English.
- Conduct the standard tests on the entry level students in the first week of their joining the institution.
- Assess competency levels and decide the course of action for remaining strategic objectives. For all four years of study i.e., taking care of weak students after first year in core areas (keep a record of how many weak students are helped that belong to disadvantaged groups i.e., SC/ST/OBC or BC) or women.
- Identify teachers willing to support weak students during extra hours of the institutions.
- Identify academically sound good scoring senior students from seventh to eighth semester students willing to accept teaching fellowships to support weak students during extra hours of the institution.
- If internet sources are not sufficient engage individual teachers from outside the institution on part time basis or invite a group having expertise in supporting weak student.
- Through training provide input to identified faculty /senior students/ students on how to help students and motivate them to improve their performance.
- Device a scheme to reward the teachers (Extra Remuneration) senior students (Teaching Fellowship) for external support- individual or agency appropriate remuneration to be fixed.
- Prepare a timetable for extra coaching classes in the morning/ evening
- Identify classrooms where extra classes will be held
- Assign teaching loads to the faculty and senior students identified
- Announce the weak students support schedule to all students (Don’s label weak students’ program should be announced for all interested students.
- Maintain attendance record, internal examination schedule and monitor performance of the students.
- Counsel the weak students where necessary.

- To identify and facilitate at least 7Guest Lectures, Organize 2 Interactive Workshops,
- 2 Seminars, 1 brain Storming Session 1. Technical Discussions with participation of Industry, outside experts and eminent Personalities.
- Organize Campus placement fairs to ensure increase 10% placement of students ever year.
- Conduct tracer study on pass out students to know progress.
- Organize Alumni meet once a year.
- Invite at least 8 Alumni for interaction with students and create role models.
- Seek Assistance from Alumni for Student Placements.
- Invite at least two self-two self = employed Alumni for Lectures and Guidance.
- There are possibilities of lasting contact with old alumni members who shift from one place to another. In order to maintain contract with such people. Maintain contact with such people, maintenance of social communities like LinkedIn, Facebook are best suited solutions.
- Initiate the process to get ISO Certifications and implement the required process
- To make available possible ICT enabled facilities such as LCD Projectors with screens, Wi- Fi, LAN, Virtual Classrooms Smart classrooms, media recording facilities. etc.
- To provide scope for students to improve fitness through the provision of various sports facilities.
- Expand the existing infrastructure to facilitate celebrations of various traditional and cultural events.
- It is proposed to expand the existing facilities for teaching learning by constructing an extended campus little away from the hustle – bustle of the town.
