Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency that is not tied to any country or economy. It has been touted as the future of money and the best way to get out of debt. Bitcoin has also been called “gold 2.0”, because it shares some similarities with gold. Some students use BTC carding method. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and worldwide payment system that was invented by an unknown programmer, or a group of programmers, under the name Satoshi Nakamoto. It was released as open-source software in 2009. The system is peer-to-peer, and transactions take place between users directly without an intermediary. These transactions are verified by network nodes through cryptography and recorded in a public distributed ledger called a blockchain.
